Window Tint
Lead Capture
A Victorian window tinting company was missing enquiries, on the phone and through their site, faster than the team could keep up.

- ServiceM8
- What was built
- Contact form to ServiceM8, then overflow call agent.
The situation.
The business runs on ServiceM8 and works with an outside marketing agency to bring enquiries in. That worked well until the volume caught up with them. Leads through the website contact form needed someone to copy them into ServiceM8 by hand, and calls were going unanswered whenever the team was already on a job or an install. Every unanswered call was a customer who might just ring the next tinting company on the list.
What we built.
Contact form to ServiceM8
The website's contact form now connects directly to ServiceM8, set up alongside their existing marketing agency. Every enquiry creates a job automatically, with the customer's details already filled in.
Overflow call agent
When no one at the company is free to answer, an AI agent picks up instead of the phone ringing out. It asks the caller for the details the team needs, then adds them into ServiceM8 the same way a form lead would.
The outcome.
Two different ways of getting in touch now end up in exactly the same place. Nobody has to notice which one it was, and nothing gets missed while the team is busy doing the job that's already in front of them.

A few lines is enough to begin. You'll hear back within two working days.
